This 10-track CD reissue was released in 2001, but the date on the disc and back cover says 1995.

This version was released because of pressure to present a somewhat more politically correct principal for the label Nitro, without Epitaph. Thus, track 11, from all prior versions of the album, Kill The President was removed, deemed "offensive".
