At NH Vintage Vinyl, we take pride in packing every order with care—because we’re collectors too. Below are the details on how we ship your items and what to expect.
Packaging Details
Vinyl Records: Shipped in premium Whiplash LP mailers with padded inserts for maximum protection.
Cassettes & CDs: Packed in bubble mailers and reinforced with cardboard.
Stickers, Patches & Flat Media: Shipped in rigid mailers to prevent bending.
Clothing & Apparel: Shipped in properly sized poly mailers.
Shipping Delays
We ship promptly, but delivery times may vary due to weather, holidays, or carrier-related issues. If your package is delayed, please refer to the tracking number and contact the shipping carrier directly.
Oversized & Heavy Items
Items like guitars, amps, speakers, and hi-fi gear may require special shipping arrangements. When possible, we recommend in-store pickup to ensure safe transport. Have a question about shipping a large item? Just reach out—we’re happy to help.
In-Store Pickup
Choose in-store pickup at checkout for a fast and easy option. You’ll receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup.
