Refund policy

Return Policy – NH Vintage Vinyl

We accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery. For vinyl, cassettes, CDs, and other analog media, returns must be initiated within 7 days.

If you're not satisfied with your album or accidentally ordered a duplicate, you can return it for a full refund. New/sealed records must remain unopened; vintage items must include a brief explanation of the issue.

Return Conditions:

Items must be in original condition: unused, with tags, and in original packaging.

Proof of purchase is required.

Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

We’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions once your request is approved. Unsolicited returns will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If it’s damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Exchanges:

For the quickest exchange, return the item and place a new order once the return is approved.

EU Customers:

For EU orders, you may return items within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Items must be in original, unused condition with proof of purchase.

Refunds:
