Clean vinyl with some light scuffing, and jacket has light shelf wear. Ask for pics, record has been cleaned and resleeved in a rice paper inner. ships in a whiplash mailer from a brick and mortar record store.

This version is considered Cover version #3 (A slick over cardboard). Cover photo is enlarged/cropped so that the manhole cover is NOT seen at the bottom of the photo, as it is in other printings of the cover.
The label has "MFD. BY APPLE RECORDS, INC" in green print at the bottom perimeter of side A, not on side B. 

"Her Majesty" is listed on the label but NOT on the cover.
