Comments:
Includes questionnaire and insert, as well as bonus Cosey Fanni Tutti double sided photo insert! Not sure if this came with the release, or was a promotional bonus piece. Jacket has light shelf wear, media is very clean and glossy, no scratches or scuffs. Great copy! Ask for pics, record has been ultrasonically cleaned and resleeved in a rice-paper inner. Ships with care in a whiplash mailer from a brick and mortar record store.

This is the second Fetish Records repressing taken from the original 1977 Industrial Records plates. The original Industrial catalogue number in the runout area is scratched through and 'FR 2001' added
No writing on spine.
Includes a questionnaire and an insert.
Coum Transmissions is incorrectly written 'Coom Tranmission' on sleeve and on B-side label.
