Ask for pics, record has been ultrasonically cleaned and resleeved in a rice paper inner. ships in a whiplash mailer from a brick and mortar record store.

Live concert from Friday the 13th of December 1985 at Chuck Landis' Country Club (a.k.a. The Country Club) in Reseda, CA. Includes inner sleeves with lyrics, credits and many live photos. Some came with a 2-sided merchandise insert. Some copies with a hype sticker. Only the 2nd label number is printed on the spine. Both numbers on the labels. Track D4 & D5 are studio recordings. A double-sided order form is also included
