Some radio station writing on jacket, but looks as shown. Clean jacket and media, no issues. Glossy. Ask for pics, ultrasonically cleaned and resleeved in a rice paper inner. ships with care in a whiplash mailer from a brick and mortar record store.

Promo only release, sent to Radio Stations and a few select record pools that supported Goth/Industrial/Tech clubs.
Some copies included a B/W Photo of Band and also the Bio Hype sheet.
Some copies had the phone number on the label crossed out with black marker (presumably a bad number).
