Comments:
Clean vinyl and jacket with printed inner. Only issue is past owner scratched out their name in pen on the front cover, and faint sleeve wear on media that DNAP. Ask for pics, record has been cleaned and resleeved in a rice paper inner. ships in a whiplash mailer from a brick and mortar record store.

Notes:

Gatefold sleeve with embossed title on the cover and embossed Swan Song logo on back. 
Printed inner sleeve.

There was no specific promotional US pressing of this record, but some copies of this pressing were sent out for promotion with an added round orange "Promotional Copy Not For Sale" sticker on the front cover along with the hype sticker being directly attached to the cover instead of the shrinkwrap. Promo copies may also have a cut corner at top-right.
