Notes:

This release shows matrix variation on side A runout Columbia Pitman pressing denoted by CRP-Pittman (Pitman misspelled) and a 2.75" pressing ring with metal parts supplied by Monarch and Santa Maria for side B.

Some of the first pressings included a 11 1/2" X 23" foldout poster.

Inner picture sleeve includes all credits.

Baoi runouts are all etched except MR (in circle) is stamped.
